Why do most of my customers believe in my system? It works. In today’s I.T. support world, sadly some things are static and constant with my competitors.
- They claim they support your proprietary equipment or software, but in reality they will deflect once it breaks for YOU to call for support. I initiate the calls for support with products I don’t support, even the ones under another company’s paid support services. I will call for you and let them work on it when convenient for you. I don’t promise but deliver.
- I NEED YOU QUICKLY! Some advertise insane support response times. I cover some of Alabama and Georgia but can be anywhere in a couple hours. Usually quicker than most that claim they’ll be there but play a phone game of “tech on the way” over the length of a day with you waiting.
- Reality is this:
-A quick phone call or response time may not get the person that does support. It is why I don’t offer 24/7 support unless you pay extra for it. Normally most will have a first line of support or “level 1” support take the phone call on weekends or after hours. You have to wait for the “real” tech to service or fix it during normal business hours.
-Atlanta traffic is some of the worst in the nation. If they claim they’ll be there quickly; you will still wait hours and hours for the tech to roll to your office. If they show up too quickly it is usually a “level 1” tech anyway. My “by noon or next business day” is exactly what almost all offer but may not say it. My remote support is instant and no wait.
- Do you want someone that is reliable and you can trust or a stranger in a high turnover industry messing with your data and company assets? I’ve lived in the area my whole life and proudly speak only English. Do you want a guy named “Mike” (never their real name, you could not pronounce it) in God knows where or “Greg” in the US to help you?
